Graffigna Centenario Chardonnay

Teamed up with the potato cappuccino was a match made in heaven. Topped off with fresh chips of truffle it is a feast for your taste buds.

Graffigna is made in Tulum Valley, San Juan in Argentina at 600 m above sea level.

50% of the wine is aged (on 50% American and 50% on French oak) for 3 months.

 

 

Golden yellow appearance with delicate greenish highlights
On the nose Persistent and balanced, green apple, pineapple
and vainilla stand out
On the palate Unctuous, hazelnut and toasted bread flavours, a perfect balance between acidity and alcoholic tenor which provides it with equilibrium and roundness

Graffigna is a high quality wine that is a good showcase for Argentinean white and has a varieties of food pairing combo’s even it can handle the dark earthy taste of truffle.
